Kincardine’s KIPP Trail Enters Final Phase of Construction with Completition This Summer

The 12 kilometer Kincardine to Inverhuron Provincial Park Trail is set to be completed this summer, after almost a decade of planning. The Kincardine Trails Association, formed in 2001 has led the project as a Municipal Committee of Council since their first meeting with Bruce County in October 2012. The KIPP trail will be a multi-use paved trail extending from the north edge of the town of Kincardine to Kinhuron Road, along the west side of Bruce Road 23....

Average Home Prices In Grey Bruce Steady In March

The Realtors Association of Grey Bruce Owen Sound says 271 homes sold last month, a substantial decline of 18.6 per cent from March 2021. Despite the year-over-year decline in sales activity, RAGBOS says March 2022 was still the third-best on record for the month. Home sales were 10.1 per cent above the five-year average and 16 per cent above the 10-year average for March....

OPP say that those Drivers 25 to 34 are Least Likely To Buckle Up and Lead to Traffic Fatality

The Ontario Provincial Police have released traffic fatality statistics on age demographics and how likely they are to buckle up. Of the 542 who died between 2012 and 2021 in collision in which lack of a seatbelt was a factor, vehicle occupants ages 25 to 34 had the highest rate of fatalities, accounting for 24 percent of the deaths....
