| Kincardine looking for Public’s Input in Phase 2 of Public Engagement of Private Tree Preservation By-Law 08/11/2022 The Municipality of Kincardine announced that it is looking for the public’s input on the drafting of the Private Tree Preservation By-Law. Phase 2 of the Public Engagment is asking Kincardine Landowners, residents, environmental advocacy groups, land developers and businesses are invited to provide feedback through the various engagement platformers. | Grey Bruce Homes Sales Slump Further In July 08/11/2022 The real estate market slowdown in Grey Bruce accelerated in July with home sales dropping to their lowest levels for the month since 1994. The Realtors Association of Grey Bruce Owen Sound says 148 homes sold, a substantial decline of 52.7 per cent from the same month last year.
