Back-To-School Vaccine Clinics In Grey Bruce

Public Health Grey Bruce has set up numerous back-to-school COVID-19 vaccine clinics. The health unit says in a release, “Vaccination remains the most effective way to prevent severe illness and complications from COVID-19 and its variants. All students age 12 and older are urged to get both first and second doses of the vaccine prior to returning to school in person in September.” They say, to provide easy access to vaccines, mobile pop-up clinics will take place in high schools across Grey Bruce before the beginning of the school year. Covid: 10 New Cases, Seven Resolved In Grey Bruce

The Grey Bruce Health Unit reported 10 new Covid cases and seven resolved ones on Wednesday. The region’s active known case load sits at 46. Three Grey Bruce residents are hospitalized locally and one other is receiving care outside the area....Twenty Grey Bruce residents have died from the virus over the course of the pandemic.... Today, there are pop-up vaccination clinics planned at Heritage Place Mall in Owen Sound from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Kincardine’s Davidson Centre from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and the Lucknow District and Sports Complex from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
