Covid-19: One New Case In Grey Bruce

One new Covid case was reported by the Grey Bruce Health Unit on Thursday. The active known case load in the region fell to nine....No one is currently hospitalized. Public Health says there are no outbreaks at any retirement homes, schools or childcare centres in Grey Bruce....On vaccination progress: 9,071 doses have been administered in the region to date....

Older residents can now book appointments for COVID vaccines

Huron Perth residents aged 80 and over, and Indigenous adults aged 55 and over can now sign up to get the COVID vaccine. The Health Unit is asking people to book the appointments online if possible, as the phone lines are busy. The phones opened up at 2:30 Tuesday and will be staffed between 9 am and 4 pm weekdays, and will also take calls over the weekend....

New owner of Shoreline’s Oldies has big plans for radio station

The Shoreline’s Oldies will be under new ownership. Parent company My Broadcasting Corporation sold the Kincardine based radio station to Lakeshore Broadcasting last Thursday and is currently seeking approval from the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC)....
