| Kincardine announces plans for Re-Opening Bruce Avenue 03/16/2023 The Municipality of Kincardine provided an update on the Bruce Avenue Closure at Monday’s Council Meeting. In it they say that weather fluctuations, along with significant rain precipitation caused two sections of Bruce Avenue from Wieck Boulevard to Highway 21, to degrade beyond their ability to patch and maintain it....
