| Bruce-Grey Catholic Board says if Strike Happens Monday Schools to Close 11/17/2022 The Bruce-Grey Catholic District School Board provided an update on the impact that a possible full withdrawal of service by CUPE could have on area catholic schools. In the press release the boards says CUPE has announced a full withdrawal of services as of this Monday, November 21st unless a negotiated settlement is reached prior to that date. They say that if that happens it would impact around 420 permanent & casual employees, or 41% of their staff. The Board says that if the strike happens schools will close to students....
