Council Approves Next Steps For Port Elgin Beach Development

The Town of Saugeen Shores says council has approved the next step for the proposed Cedar Crescent Village in Port Elgin. A release from the Town says it has approved a Site Works and Servicing Agreement. Plans for the Cedar Crescent Village (CCV) include a restaurant with a rooftop patio, a market area and a couple of retail spaces. It would be located at the corner of Harbour Street and Elgin Street on the edge of the beach area....
