| Bruce County Public Library Celebrates Black History Month With Documentary 01/27/2025 The Bruce County Public Library Branch in Port Elgin is celebrating Black History Month with a special event. The library says it will be showing the short documentary Patty vs. Patty, which won the Canadian Screen Award for Best Short Documentary in 2023. The free event will be held at the library on Feb. 2 at 2 p.m. It will begin with opening remarks and following the film, its director Chris Strikes will join virtually for a live Q&A session....
