| Kincardine Blaze Estimated at $2.5 Million in Damages 07/08/2024 A busy Saturday for the Kincardine Fire Department who responded to a blaze in the morning on Durham Market South. | City, YMCA Finalize New 20-Year Operational Agreement For Julie McArthur Regional Recreation Centre 07/08/2024 Owen Sound and the YMCA have a new 20-year operating agreement for the Julie McArthur Regional Recreation Centre. It’s essentially the same framework that’s been in place since the rec centre opened in 2012.
