| Grey Bruce Public Health Shares Heat Safety Tips 06/17/2024 Grey Bruce Public Health is giving recommendations for keeping safe with the forecasted hot weather this week. The organization is advising that anyone can develop heat-related illnesses, including heat stroke, heat exhaustion, and heat cramps. In order to prevent heat-related illness, it’s best to stay hydrated by drinking water at regular intervals, as well as wearing light-coloured, loose-fitting, breathable fabrics.
