| Former Tiverton Reeve Marsha Leggett Passes Away 06/03/2024 | 4:08 PM Kincardine’s flags are lowered to half-mast as they mark the passing of a former Tiverton reeve. Marsha Leggett passed away in the early hours of May 27th at Huron Shores Hospice, surrounded by family. She first worked as a clerk, then went on to serve as reeve of the Village of Tiverton in 1979. She also served as a councillor for the Municipality of Kincardine from 2006 to 2010....
