New Seashore Subdivision Unveiled in Kincardine

A ribbon cutting on June 13th has showcased the new Seashore subdivision in Kincardine. Hosted by the Orsi and Beisel families representatives from Kincardine, Bruce County and an MPP delegate toured through the newly constructed homes. The newest lakeside community has phase 1 of the development featuring 41 lots for single family homes, an enhanced storm water management pond and an open space with winding trails....

Grey Bruce Home Sales Sluggish In May

May was a sluggish month for home sales in Grey Bruce. The Realtors Association of Grey Bruce Owen Sound says 276 units sold last month, a decline of 8.6 per cent from May 2023. The sales activity number was also four per cent below the five-year average for May, and 16.1 per cent below the 10-year trend. The total dollar value of all home sales in May was $182.1-million, a decline of 6.8 per cent from the same month in 2023.But prices held steady. The realtors’ association says the average price of homes sold was just over $659,000....

Residents Across The Region Invited To Share Road Safety Concerns Through Opinion Survey

You can have your say about road safety concerns in the Grey Bruce region. The Community Safety and Well-Being Planning’s Crime Prevention Action Table has launched a new community-wide survey. Residents in Bruce and Grey Counties, as well as Saugeen First Nation and Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation can all have a say until September 17th....
