Northern Bruce Peninsula Not Supportive Of Proposed Cell Tower 05/15/2024 Northern Bruce Peninsula is not on board with a proposed cell tower. Council approved taking the stance of non-concurrence for the proposed cell tower at 75 Lindsay Road 40 during a meeting on May 13. While the final decision to install the tower is up to Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED) Canada, council can still say if it agrees with the project.... Alice Munro Dead at 92 05/15/2024 Wingham native, short story writer and Nobel prize winner Alice Munro has passed away at the age of 92. Munro is most known for her everyday life examination through short story fiction who was well acclaimed for her stories which dove into darkness and desires found in ordinary existence.
